The proposed single-family new community is being considered within what is currently two parcels of land located at 1800 Maguire Road Windermere, FL 34786 and 2042 Maguire Road Windermere, FL 34786, near the existing neighborhoods Reserve at Belmere, and the Willows at Lake Rhea .

The upcoming Public Hearing will review and consider the proposed rezoning, the preliminary development plans, and the land development agreement. Interested parties can attend the hearing and voice their case and opinions regarding this new construction land use and rezoning.
