Engle Homes Announces New Orlando Communities

Engle Homes will be building five new communities in Central Florida. The total number homes that will be built are 1,073. These are all part of the Engle Homes Orlando 2008 home collection. Victoria Landings will hold 158 single-family residences in southeast Orlando. Also in southeast Orlando will be Nona Terrace, which will have 276 townhouses. Three communities will be developed in southwest Orlando and those include Westyn Bay, which will hold 124 townhouses; Legacy Park, which will have 110 townhouses that will be used for short-term rentals, and the second phase of Independence, which is a master-planned community that will combine townhouses and single-family residences.

Lake Nona Village Construction Set to Begin

Lake Nona in the Southeast section of Orlando is about to see it’s first construction on a mixed-use development. The Lake Nona Village project construction is said to begin in October.

This mixed-use project will include seven hundred thousand square feet of retail, restaurants and office condos. Also included in the project are twenty-two residential condos and ninety-nine apartment units. This project, which will be known as Lake Nona Village, will sit atop fourteen and a half acres on Narcoossee Road.
