Stop Saying:

Start Saying:

• “What has changed since we last spoke?”

Start Saying:
• “Community connector.”

5. Clarity Over Confusion
Stop Saying:
- "Start the listing."
- "Closing Day"
- "My Listing", "My buyer", "My Seller"
Start Saying:
• “Activate the marketing.”
• “Celebration day.”
• “THE listing.” “THE Buyer” “THE Seller”
Clear words create clear expectations.
