Nona Terrace is a residential neighborhood of townhouses located in the community of Lake Nona. Originally called Savannah Landings, this neighborhood was built up mostly by Lennar, but Tousa Homes built a small number of the townhomes. Nona Terrace is set right next to a entrance and exit for State Road 417, so it’s an ideal residence for commuters. The 7,000-acre planned community of Lake Nona has become a highly sought-after locale for health professionals, families and active adults. Lake Nona is home to “Medical City” and the United States Tennis Association National Campus. The Orlando International Airport is also located here.
Nona Terrace, a gated neighborhood of about 276 townhomes, is set in Southeast Orlando just west of the body of water named Lake Nona. This subdivision was initially to be called Savannah Landings but the original builder filed for bankruptcy after constructing less than a dozen of the community’s townhomes. Lennar bought out the development’s remaining lots, renamed the community Nona Terrace and finished construction in 2013.
Townhomes at Nona Terrace range from two to four bedrooms and from two to three bathrooms. Each townhome comes with an attached car garage accessible by an alleyway at the rear of the house or by a driveway at the entrance of the house.
With easy access to Florida State Road 417 and with being positioned near the Orlando International Airport, Nona Terrace is convenient for commuters and frequent travelers. Lake Nona, a place that has become a highly sought-after area to put down roots in Orlando, is well-known for being home to “Medical City,” where the University of Florida’s Health Science Campus is located, in addition to numerous hospitals and research centers.
