Hunters Creek Communities: Ocita - Sierra Vista
Ocita
Ocita is the largest neighborhood in Hunters Creek with 296 home sites. The community is home to Lake Ocita and five retention ponds and backs up to the shingle creek conservation area. The neighborhood is well kept and lushly landscaped. Ocita is one of 9 incorporated neighborhoods within Hunter’s Creek. Orista Bay
