Hunters Creek Communities: Ocita - Sierra Vista
Ocita
Ocita is the largest neighborhood in Hunters Creek with 296 home sites. The community is home to Lake Ocita and five retention ponds and backs up to the shingle creek conservation area. The neighborhood is well kept and lushly landscaped. Ocita is one of 9 incorporated neighborhoods within Hunter’s Creek. Residents enjoy a park within the community and walking trails that run though the conservation area end at Osprey Park.
Orista Bay
Orista Bay is a small community of 50 homes located off of Hunter’s Creek Blvd just south of Town Center Blvd. This proud and friendly community is considered the “Crown Jewel of Hunter’s Creek” by many residents.
