Panther Run is a new-construction community in Clermont, Florida, in the Wellness Way corridor. Located just south of the new SR-516 Toll Road and east of US-27, Panther Run is planned to be home to over 2,500 homes, including 55+ homes and 1,000 vacation homes. Builders include Ashton Woods, Dream Finders Homes, D.R. Horton, Lennar, and Toll Brothers. This sprawling master-planned community covers over 2,200 acres and will feature 11 miles of trails, 20 neighborhood parks, and a proposed high school. A multi-use center would offer residents access to dining and entertainment. The community plans to break ground in the first quarter of 2027. Over 1,600 acres of conservation are being allocated within Panther Run, keeping green spaces, lakes, and trees as a major focal point of the community.
